Before joining Invariant, Paul worked for Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ), where he saw firsthand how coalitions are built and policy gets made. Since then, he has advised household-name corporations, technology innovators, and housing startups on legislative, regulatory, and political challenges.
